Grandmaster Leung Ting demonstrates the Chum-Kiu form, Biu-Tze form and the Six & A Half Point Long Pole techniques as well as the Double-Knives techniques. You can also see the demonstrations of "CHI-SAU" techniques, fighting, footwork, etc. both in normal and slow motion in this video.
